Watermelon Ring Popsicles

Watermelon Pops
Yield: 2¼ cups
  • 2 cups of watermelon chunks
  • ¼ cup of honey or sweetener of choice such as a banana or maple syrup
  • Stevia to taste if desired
  1. Blend together in a high powered blender.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for six plus hours in the freezer until hard.
  3. Run warm water over the molds until they begin to release for the molds.
  4. Eat immediately.
